Julianne Moore

Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne is an Hollywood actor, writer and bestselling novelist. Her talents have won her recognition across the world. Sagittarius is her birth name, and she was born at the state of North Carolina on 3 December 1960. She's the eldest of three siblings. She was born to Peter Moore Smith who was an Army paratrooper. Her mother Anne is a psychotherapist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed heritage. Her father was a professional who often moved her family. It was a struggle to make and keeping friends. Moore was a stage actor at Frankfurt American High School when her family moved to Germany. Her studies continued in Boston University, graduating in 1983 with an B.F.A. Thesis in Theater. Moore is a theater graduate who attended college with honors in New York and started her profession as an off-Broadway actor after moving to New York. In 1985 Moore made her screen debut on The Edge of Night. The following year, she took on the dual roles of Frannie and Sabrina Hughes in As the World Turns, which was her first break. The show aired between 1988 and 1990, and was awarded a Daytime Emmy Award. In 1990 her first appearance as an actress in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie. Then, she called it the film with a small budget. Short Cuts (1993), 3 Women (1997), and 3 Women (1997) were all produced with Robert Altman. The first was critically-acclaimed and earned her a number of nominations for it. Moore played her first big part in Safe, a 1995 film. In 1997, her career as an actress took a turn after Steven Spielberg cast her to be the main character in Jurassic Park: The Lost World which was the highest grossing film of 1997. In 1999, she was a part of the critically acclaimed Magnolia and earned an SAG nomination for her performance. In 2002, she co-starred with The Hours which got nominated for nine Academy Awards with Nicole Kidman as well as Meryl Streep. Moore's other movies comprise The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), among others. Non-Stop premiered in 2014. Moore has appeared in numerous television and film series. She has starred in a number of TV and film programs. The most recent role she played was In When You Finish Save the World 2022. In Hollywood, she has also established herself as a writer for children. She published her first book Freckleface Strawberry in 2007 and became a N.Y.T. It was adapted as an animated TV show and musical. In 2013 Moore released her novel My Mother Is a Stranger. Moore's private life was made public as a highly successful author and actress. She was married in 1984 to John Robin and in 1995 they separated. Bart Freundlich and Moore had two kids together. Moore's main focus is her friends, family as well as her career.
